Foreign Exchange Call Option definition

Foreign Exchange Call Option means the right but not the obligation of the Option Purchaser to buy the Base Currency for the Quote Currency in a Spot Transaction at the agreed Exchange Rate on the Exercise Date for the Foreign Exchange Option.

  • Foreign Exchange (FX) or “FX-like” Service means a retail service offering which allows FX End Users to obtain Exchange Service from a mandatory local calling area other than the mandatory local calling area where the FX End User is physically located, but within the same LATA as the number that is assigned. FX Service enables particular End Users to avoid what might otherwise be toll calls between the FX End User’s physical location and other End Users in the foreign exchange.

  • Foreign Exchange (FX) means a service whereby calls either originated by or delivered to a customer who has purchased FX service from the state or interstate tariffs of either Party. FX also includes, but is not limited to, FX-like services provided by either Party where calls are originated from and/or delivered to numbers which are assigned to a Rate Center within one local calling area but where the Party receiving the call is physically located outside of that local calling area. FX service can be either interLATA or intraLATA. InterLATA FX, where the originating and receiving parties are physically located in different LATAs, is considered equivalent to FGA and the intercarrier compensation mechanism is the same as FGA. IntraLATA FX, when provided by two or more local exchange carriers “LECs”, is considered a jointly provided service and meet-point billed by those providing it utilizing a mutually agreed to meet-point billing, or meet-point billing like procedure.

  • Foreign Exchange Rate means for any day that rate for the currency in question as published at 12:00 Eastern Standard Time, by the Bank of Canada in the City of Ottawa.

  • ISDA Master Agreement An ISDA Master Agreement (Multicurrency-Cross Border) in the form published by ISDA in 1992 including the schedule thereto.

  • Option Exchange Program means a program whereby outstanding Options are surrendered in exchange for Options with a lower exercise price.

  • Approved 102 Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 102(b) of the Ordinance and held in trust by a Trustee for the benefit of the Optionee.

  • Futures Contract Option means an option with respect to a Futures Contract.

  • Call Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities.

  • Currency Exchange Protection Agreement means, in respect of a Person, any foreign exchange contract, currency swap agreement, currency option or other similar agreement or arrangement designed to protect such Person against fluctuations in currency exchange rates.

  • Master Forward Confirmation means the Master Confirmation for Issuer Share Forward Sale Transactions, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Company, the Operating Partnership and the Forward Purchaser, including all provisions incorporated by reference therein.

  • Covered Call Option means an exchange traded option entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities (excluding Futures Contracts) which are owned by the writer thereof and subject to appropriate restrictions.

  • Approved Book-Entry System for Commercial Paper means a system maintained by the Custodian or by a subcustodian employed pursuant to Section 2 hereof for the holding of commercial paper in book-entry form but only if the Custodian has received a certified copy of a resolution of the Board approving the participation by the Trust in such system.

  • Structured settlement agreement means the agreement, judgment, stipulation, or release embodying the terms of a structured settlement.

  • California Renewables Portfolio Standard means the renewable energy program and policies codified in California Public Utilities Code Sections 399.11 through 399.31 and California Public Resources Code Sections 25740 through 25751, as such provisions may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Treasury Services Agreement means any agreement between the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary and any Approved Counterparty relating to treasury, depository, credit card, debit card, stored value cards, purchasing or procurement cards and cash management services or automated clearinghouse transfer of funds or any similar services.

  • FX means the fixing of the FX Exchange Rate as published 2 p.m. Frankfurt am Main local time by the Fixing Sponsor on the FX Screen Page (or any successor).

  • South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.

  • Master Agreement has the meaning specified in the definition of “Swap Contract.”

  • ISDA Benchmarks Supplement means the Benchmarks Supplement (as amended and updated as at the date of issue of the first Tranche of the Notes of the relevant Series (as specified in the relevant Final Terms)) published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc;

  • Securities Lending Agreement means an agreement under which a local agency agrees to transfer securities to a borrower who, in turn, agrees to provide collateral to the local agency. During the term of the agreement, both the securities and the collateral are held by a third party. At the conclusion of the agreement, the securities are transferred back to the local agency in return for the collateral.

  • Investment Management Agreement or IMA means the Investment Management Agreement (IMA) dated December 9, 2002, executed between UTI Trustee Company Private Limited and UTI Asset Management Company Limited.

  • Treasury Management Agreement means any agreement governing the provision of treasury or cash management services, including deposit accounts, overdraft, credit or debit card, funds transfer, automated clearinghouse, zero balance accounts, returned check concentration, controlled disbursement, lockbox, account reconciliation and reporting and trade finance services and other cash management services.

  • Related Futures or Options Exchange for the Index means an exchange or quotation system where trading has a material effect (as determined by the Calculation Agent) on the overall market for futures or options contracts relating to the Index.

  • Call Option Date As defined in Section 10.01(a) hereof.

  • Stock Index Futures Contract means a bilateral agreement pursuant to which the parties agree to take or make delivery of an amount of cash equal to a specified dollar amount times the difference between the value of a particular stock index at the close of the last business day of the contract and the price at which the futures contract is originally struck.
