  • If any party paid in foreign currency, the payment shall be exchange to US dollar according to the exchange rate published on the official website of China Foreign Exchange Trade System on the date of remittance.

  • The Securities and Financial Products Transactions are conducted through the PRC inter-bank bond market and the PRC exchange bond market, exchanges (including stock exchanges, futures exchanges, Shanghai Gold Exchange and China Foreign Exchange Trade System) and the open-ended fund market.

  • Until so surrendered, each such outstanding HeaterMeals stock certificate shall be deemed for all corporate purposes to evidence the ownership either (i) of the right to receive the pro rata share of the Exchange Price to which the shares represented by such HeaterMeals stock certificate became entitled at the Effective Time or (ii) the rights of appraisal and payment as are provided by Article 113 of the Colorado Business Corporation Act.

  • The Parties hereby agree that, with respect to the RMB to the USD exchange rate hereunder or under any other trading document, the rate promulgated by China Foreign Exchange Trade System on the day of payment shall prevail.
