Foreign Obligor means a Loan Party that is a Foreign Subsidiary.
Applicable Foreign Obligor Documents has the meaning specified in Section 5.12.
Foreign Obligations means the Foreign Borrower Obligations, all Obligations of any Foreign Loan Party or any Foreign Subsidiary under any Secured Cash Management Agreement or any Secured Hedge Agreement, all Obligations of any Foreign Loan Party under any Specified Supply Chain Agreement and Obligations of any Foreign Loan Party under any guarantee or security agreement related to any of the foregoing.
Additional First Lien Secured Parties means, with respect to any series of Additional First Lien Obligations, the holders of such Additional First Lien Obligations, the Additional Agent with respect thereto, any trustee or agent or any other similar agent or Person therefor under any related Additional First Lien Documents and the beneficiaries of each indemnification obligation undertaken by the Issuer or any Guarantor under any related Additional First Lien Documents.
Foreign Security Documents means any agreement or instrument entered into by any Foreign Subsidiary Borrower that is reasonably requested by the Collateral Agent providing for a Lien over the assets (including shares of other Subsidiaries) of such Foreign Subsidiary Borrower.
