Foreign Security Documents definition

Foreign Security Documents means any agreement or instrument entered into by any Foreign Subsidiary Borrower that is reasonably requested by the Collateral Agent providing for a Lien over the assets (including shares of other Subsidiaries) of such Foreign Subsidiary Borrower.
Foreign Security Documents means each security document set forth on Schedule 1.01E.
Foreign Security Documents means the collective reference to the security agreements, debentures, pledge agreements, charges, and other similar documents and agreements pursuant to which any Loan Party purports, from and after the Debt Assumption, to pledge or grant a security interest in any property or assets located outside the United States (including the equity interests of any Person formed or existing under the laws of any jurisdiction other than the United States or any political subdivision thereof) securing the Obligations.

More Definitions of Foreign Security Documents

Foreign Security Documents means the collective reference to the security agreements, debentures, pledge agreements, charges and other similar documents and agreements pursuant to which any Grantor purports to pledge or grant a security interest in any property or assets located outside of the United States (including any Pledged Equity Interests of any Issuer organized under a jurisdiction other than the United States or any state or locality thereof securing the Secured Obligations).
Foreign Security Documents means one or more security agreements, charges, mortgages or pledges with respect to Collateral (other than Collateral that is subject to a Foreign Mortgage) of a Foreign Subsidiary Loan Party (including, notwithstanding the foregoing exclusion of Collateral subject to Foreign Mortgages, the Quebec Documents), including the Canadian Security Documents, the U.K. Debentures, the Security Trust Deed, the Dutch Security Documents and the German Security Documents, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, that secure the Obligations of any Foreign Subsidiary Loan Party.
Foreign Security Documents shall have the meaning provided in Section 6.04(b) and, after the execution and delivery thereof, shall include each Additional Security Document entered into by a Foreign Credit Party.
Foreign Security Documents means the Guarantee Agreement, the Foreign Collateral Agreement and the Mortgages and account control agreements with respect to the Cayman Borrower and the Cayman Subsidiary Guarantors and each of the security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust and other instruments and documents with respect to the Cayman Borrower and the Cayman Subsidiary Guarantors granting any Lien executed and delivered pursuant thereto or pursuant to Sections 5.12 or 5.17.
Foreign Security Documents means, collectively, the English Security Documents and the Australian Security Documents.
