Permitted Protest means the right of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to protest any Lien (other than any Lien that secures the Obligations), taxes (other than payroll taxes or taxes that are the subject of a United States federal tax lien), or rental payment, provided that (a) a reserve with respect to such obligation is established on Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries’ books and records in such amount as is required under GAAP, (b) any such protest is instituted promptly and prosecuted diligently by Borrower or its Subsidiary, as applicable, in good faith, and (c) Agent is satisfied that, while any such protest is pending, there will be no impairment of the enforceability, validity, or priority of any of Agent’s Liens.
Protest means a written objection by an interested party to this solicitation or to a proposed or actual award of a contract pursuant to this solicitation.
Notice of Dishonor means the right to require the Note Holder to give notice to other persons that amounts due have not been paid.
Federal Trade Commission Act means the Federal Trade Commission Act of 1914.
Federal poverty level means the poverty level as defined by the most recently revised poverty income guidelines published by the United States Department of Health and Human Services in the Federal Register.
Unfair trade practices means supply of services different from what is ordered on, or change in the Scope of Work;
MFN Protection has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(e)(iii).

Employment Practices means any wrongful or unfair dismissal, denial of natural justice, defamation, misleading representation or advertising, unfair contracts, harassment or discrimination (sexual or otherwise) in respect of employment by the Insured.

Board of County Commissioners means the Board of County Commissioners, Orange County, Florida, or their duly authorized representative(s).
Housing Act means the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended, or its successor.
the Governors means the directors of the Academy Trust (and "Governor" means any one of those directors), subject to the definition of this term at Article 6.9(b) in relation to Articles 6.2-6.9;
the Commissioners means the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs;
collusive practices means a scheme or arrangement between two or more Bidders, with or without the knowledge of the Procuring Entity, designed to establish bid prices at artificial, non-competitive levels.
