Former Employee means an individual who has severed employment with the Employer or an Affiliated Employer.
Former Plan means any employee benefit plan in respect of which the Customer or a Subsidiary has engaged in a transaction described in Section 4069 or Section 4212(c) of ERISA.
Public employee means an individual holding a position by appointment or employment in the government of this state, in the government of 1 or more of the political subdivisions of this state, in the public school service, in a public or special district, in the service of an authority, commission, or board, or in any other branch of the public service, subject to the following exceptions:

Designated Retirement Account means any retirement plan or account described or qualified under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or a subaccount thereof.

Employer / Bank means State Bank of India having its Head Office at Ground Floor, Raheja Chambers, Free Press Journal Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai and State Bank of India, Corporate Centre, Nariman Point, Mumbai, respectively.
Retirement Account means any retirement or pension fund or account, listed in Iowa Code section 627.6(8)“f” as exempt from execution, regardless of the amount of contribution, the interest generated, or the total amount in the fund or account.
Former Participant means a person who has been a Participant, but who has ceased to be a Participant for any reason.
Regular Employee is one who works on a full-time or part-time basis on regularly scheduled shifts of a continuing nature:
