Former Participant definition

Former Participant means a person who has been a Participant, but who has ceased to be a Participant for any reason.
Former Participant means a Participant whose employment has Terminated or a Participant who is no longer an Eligible Employee, but whose Account has a balance greater than zero.
Former Participant means any previous Participant whose participation has terminated but who has a vested interest in the Plan which has not been distributed in full.

  • Each Former Participant (or the Beneficiaries or Alternate Payees of Former Participants) will have the opportunity to elect a tax-qualified rollover of his or her Entitlement Amount to an individual retirement account or other eligible employment plan, which he or she has identified on the Former Participant Rollover Form, provided that the Former Participant supplies adequate information to the Settlement Administrator (as requested on the form) to effect the rollover.

  • Upon completing the calculation of each Class Member’s Entitlement Amount and no later than forty (40) calendar days following the Effective Date, the Settlement Administrator shall issue a check from the Settlement Fund to each Non-Rollover-Electing Former Participant, in the amount of each Former Participant’s Entitlement Amount (less any withholdings), as long as the Entitlement Amount exceeds $5.00.

Former Participant means a person who had been an active Participant in Part I or Part II of the Plan (as applicable), but who has ceased to accrue further Credited Service for any reason.
