Former Outside Director definition

Former Outside Director means an individual who has ceased to be a member of the Board, but who, immediately preceding his cessation of service as a member of the Board was an Outside Director.
Former Outside Director means an individual who has ceased to be a member of the Board, or the board of directors of Jones Intercable, Inc., as applicable, but who, immediately preceding his cessation of service as a member of such board of directors, was an Outside Director.
