The Founder Shares may be represented by the Founder Shareholders themselves or by a third party, who does not need to be a Founder Shareholder.
On a poll, every Shareholder present in person or by proxy shall be entitled to one vote in respect of each share held by him, and every Founder Shareholder who is present in person or by proxy, shall be entitled to one vote in respect of all of the Founder Shares.
