Fractional Cash Amount definition

Fractional Cash Amount means, in respect of each Noteholder, the amount (rounded to the nearest smallest transferable unit of the Specified Currency, half such a unit being rounded downwards) calculated by the Calculation Agent in accordance with the following formula and translated into the Specified Currency by the Calculation Agent:
Fractional Cash Amount means, in respect of each Security and in respect of Shares of a Share Issuer, the amount in the Settlement Currency (rounded to the nearest smallest transferable unit of such currency, half such a unit being rounded upwards) calculated by the Issuer in accordance with the following formula:
Fractional Cash Amount means, in respect of each Note and in respect of Underlying Securities of a Company, the amount in the Specified Currency (rounded to the nearest smallest transferable Unit of such currency, half such a unit being rounded downwards) determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole and absolute discretion in accordance with the following formula:

Examples of Fractional Cash Amount in a sentence

  • In the case of (ii) no payment of the Redemption Amount (or physical delivery of the Share Amount or payment of the Fractional Cash Amount, as applicable) or any other amounts on account of interest or otherwise shall be made after such notice has been given.

  • Securities Securities entitle the holder to payment on the Maturity Date of the Final Redemption Amount (or delivery on the Share Delivery Date of the Share Amount and payment on the Maturity Date of the Fractional Cash Amount, as applicable).

  • In the case of (ii) no payment of the Redemption Amount (or physical delivery of the Share Amount or payment of the Fractional Cash Amount, as applicable) shall be made after such notice has been given.

  • Entitlement to the remaining fractions of Underlying Securities will be settled by payment of the Fractional Cash Amount in respect of those fractions rounded up to two decimals, as calculated by the Calculation Agent.

  • The Issuer shall also pay the Fractional Cash Amount to each Holder in respect of each Certificate (of the Nominal Amount) held (following payment by the Holder to or to the order of the Issuer on or before the Maturity Date of any Delivery Expenses, if applicable).


More Definitions of Fractional Cash Amount

Fractional Cash Amount means, in respect of each Security and in respect of Shares of a Share Issuer, unless otherwise provided in the relevant Pricing Supplement, the amount in the Settlement Currency (rounded to the nearest transferable unit of the Settlement Currency, with 0.005 rounded upwards) calculated by the Issuer in accordance with paragraph (i) or (ii) below, as specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement:
Fractional Cash Amount means an amount in the Settlement Currency, as determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole and absolute discretion, equal to the value of fractional unit or lot of the Physical Delivery Assets that are not delivered to the Client pursuant to Section 1 (Clause 6.4).
Fractional Cash Amount means, in respect of each Certificate (of the Nominal Amount), an amount in the Settlement Currency determined by the Calculation Agent as the product of (i) the Fractional Entitlement, multiplied by (ii) the Reference Price (Final).
Fractional Cash Amount means an amount in Settlement Currency determined by the Calculation Agent as (i) the Fractional Entitlement, multiplied by (ii) the Closing Share Price on the Valuation Date, or such other amount as specified in the relevant Final Terms;
