Fractional lot definition

Fractional lot means a portion of a section in a town- ship formed by the excess or deficiency of land in said township, as shown by the U.S. government survey plat.
Fractional lot means interests in Copper that represent a fractional portion of a Whole Lot that has been notionally divided into two fractional portions by the Warehouse Administrator through a book-entry procedure with each portion held at the relevant Warehouse Location, respectively, by an Authorized Participant in a Reserve Account and by the Trust in a Trust Account.

  • Fractional Share means a fractional share in the ICAV issued in accordance with Section 12.5.

  • apartment unit means any residential dwelling unit within a building containing three or more dwelling units where access to each residential unit is obtained through a common entrance or entrances from the street level and the residential units are connected by an interior corridor;

  • Cannabis cultivation facility means a person that:

  • Dwelling unit means a single unit providing complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation.

  • Fraction means, in respect of any Borrower as determined at any time, a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the Borrower Sublimit of such Borrower at such time, and the denominator of which shall be the sum of the Borrower Sublimits of all Borrowers at such time.

  • Ozone season means the period of time beginning May 1 of a year and ending on September 30 of the same year, inclusive.

  • car-share means the practice where a number of people share the use of one or more cars that are owned by a profit or non-profit car-sharing organization and where such organization may require that use of cars to be reserved in advance, charge fees based on time and/or kilometres driven, and set membership requirements of the car-sharing organization, including the payment of a membership fee that may or may not be refundable;

  • FTPS Unit means Units which are purchased through the Fund/SERV(R) trading system or on a manual basis through FTP Services LLC or for which FTP Services LLC is acting as FTPS Unit Servicing Agent.

  • co-pilot means a pilot operating other than as pilot-in-command, on an aircraft for which more than one pilot is required, but excluding a pilot who is on board the aircraft for the sole purpose of receiving flight instruction for a licence or rating.

  • OP Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as an OP Unit of the Partnership.

  • Correctional facility means a facility operated under the management and control of the Virginia Department of Corrections.
