Framework Supplier definition

Framework Supplier means any supplier (other than the Supplier) which is party to the Framework and which is designated as such by Authority from time to time as a Framework Supplier for the purposes of these Clauses, Conditions of Tender and the Schedules;
Framework Supplier means the Supplier appointed under this Framework Agreement or agreements on the same or similar terms to this Framework Agreement as part of the Framework;
Framework Supplier means a supplier (including the Supplier) appointed under the Framework Agreement;

  • The use of the Short Form Further Competition Procedure does not place any obligation on a Contracting Body to place an Order with any Framework Supplier at any point.

  • The Authority shall create a Catalogue for the G-Cloud Services in each Lot where a Framework Supplier has been awarded a place on the Framework Agreement.

  • Should the Supplier fail to submit a price quotation to the Individual Referral by its set deadline, Ayalon Highways will then be eligible to suspend said Framework Supplier from the repository for a period that it will determine and prevent his participation in subsequent Individual Referrals, all at the sole discretion of Ayalon Highway in this matter.

  • Buyer’s should ensure, when issuing invitations to tender via Public Contracts Scotland Quick Quote, that the correct supplier email details are used as detailed in Annex B Framework Supplier Contact Details.

  • Framework Supplier shall comply with the provisions of the Non-Disclosure Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
