Franchisee Partner definition

Franchisee Partner means, collectively, the Person other than the Sponsor that owns an equity interest in the Borrower and any Person who directly or indirectly owns or controls such Person.
Franchisee Partner means any person who has from time to time entered into a commercial agreement or arrangement with the Franchisee or any Associated Company to promote such person’s goods or services in connection with the Franchisee and/or Team including any sponsors, official suppliers and/or licensees of the Franchisee and/or Team and “Franchisee Partner Agreement” shall be construed accordingly;
