Free Tier definition

Free Tier means the Free to Air Channels and Free to View Channels, currently branded the GOtv Open Bouquet;
Free Tier the MultiChoice programming tier consisting of the Free Channels;
Free Tier means a Membership which allows you to set up a Profile and browse Jobs. It offers restricted access to the Platform. For full access, Crew or Business Users must be on a Paid Membership.

  • We may deactivate your M0 (Free Tier) MongoDB Atlas cluster if you do not use it for 30 days, after which we will use commercially reasonable efforts to allow you to reactivate the cluster by request to us.

  • As an alternative to terminating Customer as described in the prior sentence, JumpCloud will have the right to delete a sufficient number of Users and of Devices such that the number of Users and of Devices is ten (10) or less, and to treat Customer as a Free Tier Customer.

  • If Customer is a Free Tier Customer and JumpCloud determines that Customer has not accessed or used the Service for at least six (6) months, JumpCloud may terminate this Agreement.

  • In the event (i) that Customer breaches subsection “(c)”, “(d)”, “(e)”, or “(f)” (above) or (ii) of a threat to the security or technical integrity of the Service, Automox may upon notice to Customer (1) suspend Customer’s access to the Service or (2) convert Customer’s Service to Free Tier, in each case until such time as Automox determines that Customer is in compliance with the terms of this Agreement and/or that such threat has been addressed.

  • Pilot Accounts and Free Tier are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind.
