French Facility Agreement definition

French Facility Agreement means the revolving credit facility agreement entered into between French FleetCo, the French Lender, the French Security Trustee and the Issuer Security Trustee dated on or about the Signing Date and as may be amended, restated or supplemented from time to time.

  • The terms of this Agreement will not be waived, altered, modified, amended, supplemented or terminated in any manner whatsoever unless the same shall be in writing and signed and delivered by the Lessor, the Servicer, the French Security Trustee and each Lessee, subject to any restrictions on such waivers, alterations, modifications, amendments, supplements or terminations set forth in the French Facility Agreement.
