French Offer definition

French Offer has the meaning given to in Article 2.2.1;
French Offer has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 1.9(b).
French Offer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • They have full power and authority to tender the Shares to the French Offer, transfer the full title of the Shares and to enter into this Agreement and any other documents pursuant hereto.

  • Purchaser shall only extend the expiration date of the US Offer in order to coordinate the expiration dates of the US Offer and the French Offer.

French Offer means the irrevocable and binding offer from Acorn and the Company to acquire the MDLZ French Business, as set out in the French Offer Letter;
