French Purchase Price definition

French Purchase Price means the portion of the Purchase Price allocated to the French Business pursuant to Section 2.7 prior to the Closing.
French Purchase Price means such part of the Purchase Price as is allocated to the French Assets in accordance with clause 3.2 and as set out in Schedule 2;
French Purchase Price means that portion of the Closing Net Book Value representing the Purchased Assets and Assumed Liabilities of AI; and the "Non-French Purchase Price" shall mean the Purchase Price less the French Purchase Price.
