French Works Council definition

French Works Council means the Comité Central d’Entreprise at Scotts France SAS;
French Works Council means, collectively, the employee representative bodies listed on Exhibit B, each of which must be informed and consulted, in compliance with Laws, with respect to the transfer of the French Target to French Newco and, more generally, with respect to the consequences for the French Target of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
French Works Council shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(d)(iii).
