FSA Policy definition

FSA Policy. The irrevocable Certificate Guaranty Insurance Policy, No. 51094-N including any endorsements thereto, issued by FSA with respect to the Class A-2 Certificates, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit Q.
FSA Policy means the Financial Guaranty Insurance Policy No. 51886A-N dated November 21, 2007, including any endorsements thereto, issued by the Insurer to the Indenture Trustee with respect to the Class A Notes, for the benefit of the Holders.
FSA Policy means the irrevocable financial guaranty insurance policy (Policy No. 50838-N) issued by FSA with respect to the Bonds.

  • The first Instalment Date, in relation to Dated Subordinated Notes the proceeds of which constitute Lower Tier 2 Capital and for the purposes of the FSA Policy, will not be less than five years and one day from the Issue Date and where the proceeds constitute Tier 3 Capital, will not be less than two years from the Issue Date.

More Definitions of FSA Policy

FSA Policy. The Certificate Guaranty Insurance Policy issued by Financial Security for the benefit of the Holders of any Insured Retail Certificates, including any endorsements thereto.
FSA Policy means an FSA MTN Business Policy as defined in the Separation Agreement.
