Fuel Plan definition

Fuel Plan. The ten (10) year fuel plan for Plant Hatch, Plant Vogtle Units 1 and 2, and the Units, provided annually to the Nuclear Managing Board by the Operator pursuant to Section 4.2 of the Nuclear Managing Board Agreement.
Fuel Plan means the Seller’s plan for the supply and consumption of Fuel, as specified in Appendix J, and any subsequent plan approved by the Buyer in accordance with sections 4.8, 6.4 or 6.8 of this EPA.

More Definitions of Fuel Plan

Fuel Plan means a plan prepared and proposed by Seller for the supply of Fuel to the Facility based upon an Annual Dispatch Schedule, which plan shall take into consideration any existing multi-year Fuel supply and transmission contracts previously entered into for the Facility and shall propose a mix of long-term, short-term and spot market Fuel purchases.
Fuel Plan means the information required by Appendix 5 to this RFP.

Fuel Plan means the plan of the Borrower addressing the sale, procurement, transportation, storage, delivery and management of fuel to, and the marketing, sale, transportation and delivery of excess fuel from, the Portfolio Assets for the period from the Restructuring Effective Date until December 31, 2003 and a similar plan delivered in respect of each calendar year thereafter in accordance with Section 5.26 below. Fuel Plan means the Seller’s five-year plan for the supply and consumption of Fuel, as specified in Appendix 5, and each subsequent plan approved by the Buyer in accordance with this EPA, provided that for any period after the expiry of the five-year plan and before the Buyer’s approval of a replacement plan, the “Fuel Plan” means a plan for the supply and consumption of Fuel applicable to the last year of the Seller’s immediately preceding five-year plan.
