  • The Supply Plan must be in the form of the template provided on the CAISO Website, which shall include an affirmative representation by the Scheduling Coordinator submitting the Supply Plan that the CAISO is entitled to rely on the accuracy of the information provided in the Supply Plan to perform those functions set forth in this Section 40.
