Fuel Requirement definition

Fuel Requirement means the quantity of Gas required for Fuel and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas associated with rendering transportation service to the Shipper, calculated in accordance with section 11 of the GT&C.
Fuel Requirement means the quantity of Gas required for Fuel and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas associated with rendering transportation service to the Shipper.
Fuel Requirement by the engine means the type of fuel normally used by the engine, i.e. Petrol;

Examples of Fuel Requirement in a sentence

  • If Seller is the defaulting Party, then Seller shall pay Buyer an amount that compensates Buyer for Buyer’s overpayment for Product resulting from the Seller’s failure to meet the High Hazard Fuel Requirement or Fuel Resource Requirements during the applicable Calendar Year(s) (“Fuel Use Default Payment”).

  • Buyer may reasonably rely on Seller’s properly completed and timely submitted Annual Fuel Attestations as evidence of Seller’s compliance with the applicable High Hazard Fuel Requirement and Fuel Resource Requirements.

  • The fuel resource(s) Seller used or caused to be used to operate the Facility during the Calendar Year (Fuel Use) [met] [did not meet] the Fuel Resource Requirements and High Hazard Fuel Requirement.

  • Seller and Buyer will use the Quarterly Fuel Usage Log and the data provided in Section 3 of this Appendix L to monitor progress with the Fuel Resource Requirements and High Hazard Fuel Requirement.

  • Fuel volume delivered during the Calendar Quarter, and progress toward meeting the Fuel Resource Requirements and High Hazard Fuel Requirement, is documented in the attached Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet (“Quarterly Fuel Usage Log”), using the template provided by Buyer after execution of this Agreement.

  • For any Contract Year that Buyer paid Seller the High-Hazard Zone Fuel Energy Price when the Project did not meet the Minimum High Hazard Zone Fuel Requirement, Seller shall owe Buyer a true-up payment within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice for the overpayment amount, or Buyer may elect to set off future payments until such true-up payment has been recovered.

  • Operator shall have an on-site Fuel supply of not less than the Maximum Monthly Fuel Requirement.

  • If Seller reasonably believes that the Project is incapable of meeting the Minimum High Hazard Zone Fuel Requirement or Seller otherwise elects not to meet Minimum High Hazard Zone Fuel Requirement for any reason, Seller shall promptly notify Buyer in writing, and the Default Energy Price shall apply to Seller’s monthly invoices for the remainder of the Delivery Term.

  • The price for the Bundled Green Energy that is delivered to Buyer in each Contract Year, or partial calendar year as stated in Section 4.6 herein, shall be the: (i) High-Hazard Zone Fuel Energy Price if the Project meets or exceeds the Minimum High Hazard Zone Fuel Requirement, or (ii) Default Energy Price if the Project does not meet the Minimum High Hazard Zone Fuel Requirement (in either case, as applicable, the “Energy Price”) in accordance with the chart below.

  • If the Project does not meet the Minimum High Hazard Zone Fuel Requirement in any Contract Year, the Default Energy Price shall be applicable for the remainder of the Delivery Period, regardless of whether the Project meets future High Hazard Zone Fuel Requirements in subsequent Contract Years of the Delivery Term.

Fuel Requirement by the engine means the type of fuel normally used by the engine: petrol; liquefied petroleum gas (LPG); NG/biomethane (natural gas); either petrol or LPG; either petrol or NG/biomethane; diesel fuel; mixture of ethanol and petrol (flex fuel); mixture of biodiesel and diesel (flex fuel); hydrogen (H2) or a mixture (H2NG) of NG/biomethane and hydrogen; either petrol or hydrogen (bi-fuel);
Fuel Requirement has the meaning ascribed to it in the Tariff.
Fuel Requirement means the amount of Gas required for Fuel and Lost and Unaccounted for Gas associated with rendering Transportation services to the Shipper, calculated in accordance with Article 8 of these General Terms and Conditions;
Fuel Requirement means the sum of: (a) a Quantity of Gas equal to the applicable Monthly Fuel percentage established by Transporter for the applicable service, (b) a Quantity of Gas equal to Transporter’s reasonable estimate of Lost or Unaccounted for Gas attributable to such service; and (c) a Quantity of Gas equal to the Monthly fuel percentage established by Canadian Transporter for transportation service on the Canada Mainline, if applicable.

  • MREL Requirement means the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities which is or, as the case may be, will be applicable to the Issuer;

  • MREL Requirements means the laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities applicable to the Issuer and/or the Group, from time to time, (including any applicable transitional or grandfathering provisions), including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, any delegated or implementing acts (such as regulatory technical standards) adopted by the European Commission and any regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities adopted by the Federal Republic of Germany or the Republic of Italy, a relevant resolution authority or the European Banking Authority from time to time (whether or not such requirements, guidelines or policies are applied generally or specifically to the Issuer and/or the Group), as any of the preceding laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards, policies or interpretations may be amended, supplemented, superseded or replaced from time to time.

  • Collateral Requirement means the requirement that:

  • essential requirements means all the conditions set out in Annex III which must be met by the rail system, the subsystems, and the interoperability constituents, including interfaces;

  • Contractual Requirement shall have the meaning provided in Section 8.3.

  • Minimum Capital Requirement means the Minimum Capital Requirement, the minimum group Solvency Capital Requirement or other minimum capital requirements (as applicable) referred to in the Relevant Rules;

  • Environmental Requirements means any legal requirement relating to health, safety or the environment and applicable to the Borrower, any Subsidiary or the Properties, including but not limited to any such requirement under CERCLA or similar state legislation and all federal, state and local laws, ordinances, regulations, orders, writs, decrees and common law.

  • Safety Requirements means Prudent Electrical Practices, CPUC General Order No. 167, Contractor Safety Program Requirements, and all applicable requirements of Law, PG&E, the Utility Distribution Company, the Transmission Provider, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, NERC and WECC.

  • Minimum Requirements means the minimum requirements for available commercial structures.   • Rebate Requirement means the amount of arbitrage profits earned from the investment of gross proceeds of Tax-exempt Bonds in nonpurpose investments described in Section 148(f)(2) of the Code and defined as “Rebate Amount” in Section 1.148-3 of the Treasury Regulations, which is payable to the United States at the times and in the amounts specified in such provisions.

  • Environmental and Safety Requirements means all federal, state, local and foreign statutes, regulations, ordinances and similar provisions having the force or effect of law, all judicial and administrative orders and determinations, all contractual obligations and all common law concerning public health and safety, worker health and safety and pollution or protection of the environment, including all such standards of conduct and bases of obligations relating to the presence, use, production, generation, handling, transport, treatment, storage, disposal, distribution, labeling, testing, processing, discharge, release, threatened release, control, or cleanup of any hazardous materials, substances or wastes, chemical substances or mixtures, pesticides, pollutants, contaminants, toxic chemicals, petroleum products or by-products, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls (or PCBs), noise or radiation.
