Full body contact definition

Full body contact means direct contact with the water to the point of complete submergence.
Full body contact means the use of a surface water which for swimming or other recreational activity that causes the human body to come into direct contact with the water to the point of complete submergence. The use is such that ingestion of the water is likely to occur and certain sensitive body organs, such as the eyes, ears, or nose may be exposed to direct contact with the water.

  • Primary Contact means the individual a Proponent (that has submitted a Proposal), designates to represent the Proponent during the competitive process associated with this RFP. There can be only one (1) Primary Contact.

  • Contact means a communication, direct or indirect, between an athlete agent and a student athlete, to recruit or solicit the student athlete to enter into an agency contract.

  • Close contact means being within six feet of a COVID-19 case for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or greater in any 24-hour period within or overlapping with the “high-risk exposure period” defined by this section. This definition applies regardless of the use of face coverings.

  • Emergency Contact means one person or office that can act as a referral if emergency responders need assistance in responding to a chemical release at the facility.

  • Contact Person means the Contractor's management level personnel who will work as liaison between the City and the Contractor and be available to respond to any problems that may arise in connection with Contractor's performance under the Contract.

  • Immediate Supervisor means the person immediately superior to an employee who directs and supervises the work of that employee.

  • Investor Relations Activities means any activities, by or on behalf of the Company or a shareholder of the Company, that promote or reasonably could be expected to promote the purchase or sale of securities of the Company, but does not include:

  • Contact Officer means the person identified as Contact Officer on the cover page of this RFT;

  • consular officer means any person, including the head of a consular post, entrusted in that capacity with the exercise of consular functions;

  • authorised activities means the activities which the Licensee is authorised bythis licence to carry on, and shall include any purpose connected with the supply to any premises of heat produced in association with electricity and steam produced from air and water heated by such heat; and

  • authorised development means the development and associated development described in Schedule 1 and any other development authorised by this Order, which is development within the meaning of section 32 of the 2008 Act;

  • authorised person means the Client or any person (including any individual or entity) authorised by the Client to act on its behalf in the performance of any act, discretion or duty under this Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any officer or employee of such person) in a notice reasonably acceptable to the Custodian.
