Customer Contact definition

Customer Contact means the individual(s), whether a contract manager, category consultant or otherwise, who are to act for the Customer as the day to day point of contact for communications from the Contractor to the Customer in relation to the Contract, being the individual(s) identified in Section 2 of the Contract Schedule or otherwise notified to the Contractor from time to time;
Customer Contact means an employee of Customer designated by the Customer to be the primary contact and/or a second employee designated by Customer as the backup contact. Only Customer Contacts will have access to the Services.
Customer Contact means any individuals authorised to act on your behalf for Service management matters.

More Definitions of Customer Contact

Customer Contact means the person nominated by Customer as its authorised representative who will be the prime point of contact for the purpose of this Contract.
