Full Participation definition

Full Participation means that all Shares registered in the Shareholder’s name from time to time (subject to the Maximum Participating Holding (if any)) are Participating Shares. Where a Shareholder has elected Full Participation, all Shares subsequently acquired and held by that Participant (whether under the DRP or otherwise) will be Participating Shares, subject to:
