Full Participation definition

Full Participation means that all Shares registered in the Participant’s name from time to time (subject to the Maximum Participating Holding (if any)) are Participating Shares. Where a Shareholder has elected Full Participation, all Shares subsequently acquired and held by that Participant (whether under the DRP or otherwise) will be Participating Shares, subject to:
Full Participation means where a Shareholder participates in the Plan in respect of all Shares registered in that Shareholder’s name.
Full Participation means that a retirement system has met the requirements of a participating retirement system.

Examples of Full Participation in a sentence

  • Full Participation – I will participate in all scheduled activities without complaint, and to the best of my abilities.

  • In the case of Full Participation, all Shares entered in the Register in the Shareholder’s name at the time of commencement of Full Participation and all Shares subsequently entered in the Register in the Shareholder’s name are subject to the DRP.

  • An Election Form which does not specify the extent of participation in the DRP will be deemed to be for Full Participation and the Company will not be liable to a Shareholder for any loss, damage or claim in respect of that Shareholder’s Participation as a result of the operation of this provision.
