Full Time Provider definition

Full Time Provider means any provider that works more than 2 days a week is equal to 1.0 Full Time Equivalent Provider (FTE).

Each Full Time provider may be provided a maximum of five (5) non-provider licenses free of cost. Additional non- provider licenses shall be charged at $50/user per month.
