Fund Assets definition

Fund Assets means the net assets of the Fund managed by the Subadviser for which the fee is being calculated;
Fund Assets means the assets of the Fund, including interest, dividends and other income accrued therefrom. (e) 委託經營額度」係指本契約第 4 條(c)項之約定,甲方將資產撥付乙方,委託乙方經營之額度。
Fund Assets or “Assets” means any and all assets of the Fund including Mortgage Loans, real property, contracts, receivable, cash, or any other asset or receivable of the Fund.

Fund Assets means the net assets of the Fund;
Fund Assets means all properties and assets of every kind and description whatsoever, including, without limitation, all cash, cash equivalents, securities, claims (whether absolute or contingent, known or unknown, accrued or unaccrued and including, but not limited to, any claims that the Acquired Fund may have against any Person), litigation proceeds of any type (including, without limitation, proceeds resulting from litigation involving portfolio securities as well as market timing/late trading actions or settlements) and receivables (including dividend and interest receivable), goodwill and other intangible property, Books and Records, and all interests, rights, privileges and powers, owned by the Acquired Fund, and any prepaid expenses shown on the Acquired Fund's books at the Valuation Time.
Fund Assets means all direct and indirect interests in real and personal property owned by the Fund from time to time, and shall include both tangible and intangible property (including cash).
Fund Assets means the Debt Securities and/or the Derivative Contracts and/or the Collateral and/or the Other Financial Instruments invested in by a Fund, as further described in the relevant Supplement;
