The NAV of each Acquiring Fund Share shall be computed by Pioneer Investment Management, Inc.
Any Acquired Fund Share certificate that remains outstanding on the Closing Date shall be deemed to be cancelled, shall no longer show evidence of ownership of Acquired Fund Shares and shall not evidence ownership of any Reorganization Shares.
