Fund Share definition

Fund Share means a unit or share of the Fund and of the class set out in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Fund Share means the share, unit, or other evidence of ownership in a Fidelity Fund.

Examples of Fund Share in a sentence

  • The NAV of each Acquiring Fund Share shall be computed by Pioneer Investment Management, Inc.

  • Any Acquired Fund Share certificate that remains outstanding on the Closing Date shall be deemed to be cancelled, shall no longer show evidence of ownership of Acquired Fund Shares and shall not evidence ownership of any Reorganization Shares.

  • This is deducted from the fund assets from time to time and thus reduces the price of the Fund Share.
