Funding Amount definition

Funding Amount has the meaning specified in Section 3.2(a).

Funding Amount means the aggregate amount, as listed on a Funding Statement, of all Loan Proceeds to be disbursed by Bank to Borrowers through Company’s Disbursement Account on each Funding Date and the related Origination Fees.

Funding Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a)(iv).

Funding Amount means an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) of tax increment finance revenues to be used for paying the costs associated with the construction, equipping, inspection, and delivery of the Local Public Improvements.
