Funding Commitments definition

Funding Commitments means the amount of all payments required to be made by the Series 2023-1 Co-Owner from time to time to finance, directly or indirectly, its investment in the Series 2023-1 Ownership Interest, including all principal, interest and premium of and on all indebtedness of the Series 2023-1 Co-Owner under the Series 2023-1 Notes and all other borrowed money and all distributions scheduled to be made or otherwise made to equity holders or other Persons with investments in the equity of the Series 2023-1 Co-Owner, the capital from which is applied by the Series 2023-1 Co-Owner to finance, directly or indirectly, its investment in the Series 2023-1 Ownership Interest;
