Examples of Incremental Revolving Commitments in a sentence
The effectiveness of any Incremental Facility Amendment shall be subject to the satisfaction on the date thereof of each of the conditions set forth above and such other conditions as requested by the Lenders under the Incremental Term Facility and/or Incremental Revolving Commitments, as applicable, established in connection therewith.
Neither any Incremental Facility Amendment, nor any such amendments to the other Loan Documents or such other new Loan Documents, shall be required to be executed or approved by any Lender, other than the Lenders providing such Incremental Term Loans and/or Incremental Revolving Commitments, as applicable, and the Administrative Agent, in order to be effective.
The Borrower may also specify any fees offered to those Lenders (the “Increasing Lenders”) that agree to incur Incremental Revolving Commitments and make Incremental Revolving Loans pursuant thereto, which fees may be variable based upon the amount by which any such Lender is willing to incur Incremental Revolving Commitment and make Incremental Revolving Loans pursuant thereto.
