Incremental Revolving Commitments definition

Incremental Revolving Commitments has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).
Incremental Revolving Commitments is defined in Section 2.23.

  • Each Incremental Facility shall be in an integral multiple of $1,000,000 and be in an aggregate principal amount that is not less than $5,000,000 in case of Incremental Term Loans or $1,000,000 in case of Incremental Revolving Commitments, provided that such amount may be less than the applicable minimum amount if such amount represents all the remaining availability hereunder as set forth above.
