Funding Note definition

Funding Note has the meaning set forth in Part F of the Series Instrument.
Funding Note means the note issued by Global Funding and authenticated by the Funding Note Indenture Trustee under the Funding Note Indenture in an authorized denomination and represented by the Funding Note Certificate.
Funding Note has the meaning ascribed in the Funding Note Indenture.

Funding Note has the meaning set forth in the Funding Note Indenture.
Funding Note. A debt obligation representing all or a portion of the “regular interest” in a REMIC, which obligation is secured by Underlying GSE Securities or GNMA-Related Securities and provides for Xxxxxxx Mac to receive payments on such Underlying GSE Securities or GNMA-Related Securities in such amounts as are necessary to amortize the principal amount of, and pay accrued interest on, such debt obligation.
Funding Note means a variable funding note issued by the Funding Note Issuer, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.
