Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Warrant Agreement, all transfers or exchanges of Warrants must be in an Authorized Denomination.
This Security may be redeemed on any Redemption Date in whole or in part in increments of $1,000 (an "Authorized Denomination") at the option of the Company at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount to be redeemed, together with accrued interest to the Redemption Date, on written notice given not more than 60 days nor less than 5 days prior to the proposed Redemption Date.
