Funds Exchange Agreement definition

Funds Exchange Agreement means the Funds Exchange Agreement (New Loan) of even date herewith between the Authority and the Trustee relating to exchange of funds for purposes of the Authority’s private activity bond volume cap recycling program.
Funds Exchange Agreement means, collectively, (a) the 2002A First Funds Exchange Agreement dated as of April 1, 2002 between the Authority and Zions First National Bank, as Trustee and as trustee in connection with other designated obligations of the Authority, and (b) the 2002A Second Funds Exchange Agreement dated as of April 1, 2002 among the Authority, the Trustee and Xxxxx Fargo Bank West, National Association, as trustee in connection with designated obligations of the Authority.
