Furniture & Equipment means and includes mobile elements which meet the minimum conditions necessary to operate and manage the Project such as furniture and accessories (tables, chairs, sofas, lamps, paper boards, etc.), engineering tools (like workshop fit out, drills, ladders, hand tools, welding, electrical testers, painting equipment, etc.) kitchen cutlery & utensils, housekeeping equipment, etc.
Furniture & Equipment. The Sublessor shall remove all existing furniture and phone equipment. However, all existing wiring shall remain in place.

  • Existing Equipment means equipment, machines, devices or installations that are in operation prior to September 23, 1970.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.
