Furniture, Fixtures and Fittings definition

Furniture, Fixtures and Fittings means the furniture, fixtures and fittings described in Appendix 13 which will be provided for by the Seller to the Purchaser at the Property, the cost of which is included in the Purchase Price;
Furniture, Fixtures and Fittings means movable furniture, fixtures or other equipment that have no permanent connection to the structure of a building or utilities.

  • All Buildings, Plant and Machinery, Furniture, Fixtures and Fittings, Stocks and other Contents which, for the purposes of Your Business on any one location, You own, or hold as tenant or occupant, or hold in trust or on commission, or are legally responsible for as part of Your trade, even if You have not taken insurance cover for any of them.

  • We have insured Vehicles, Furniture, Fixtures and Fittings, Electrical installations and Computers of our Registered Office under various Insurance Policies.

  • Any termination of the Executive's employment or of this Agreement shall have no effect on the continuing operation of this subsection 7.c.

Related to Furniture, Fixtures and Fittings

  • Personal Property means all machinery, equipment, furniture, furnishings, movable walls or partitions, computers (and all associated software), trade fixtures and other personal property (but excluding consumable inventory and supplies owned by Tenant) used in connection with the Leased Property, together with all replacements and alterations thereof and additions thereto, except items, if any, included within the definition of Fixtures or Improvements.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Machinery and equipment means machinery used in manufacturing establishments and computers except point-of-sale equipment as defined in Iowa Code section 427A.1. The term does not include computer software.

  • Farm machinery means all machines and tools that are used in the production, harvesting, and care of farm products, and includes trailers that are used to transport agricultural produce or agricultural production materials between a local place of storage or supply and the farm, agricultural tractors, threshing machinery, hay-baling machinery, corn shellers, hammermills, and machinery used in the production of horticultural, agricultural, and vegetable products.

  • farm building means that part of a bona fide farming operation encompassing barns, silos and other ancillary development to an agricultural use, but excluding a residential use;

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.
