Future Supplier definition

Future Supplier means any third party providing goods and/or services to AIB similar to the Deliverables (or any part thereof) following the expiry or termination of an Agreement (in whole or in part);
Future Supplier means any alternative supplier appointed by the Commission to perform the Services or any part thereof.

  • You shall within 5 days of a request provide us with a list of each and every member of your personnel, assigned to the relevant Services, and shall provide us with any details in respect of each such personnel as are reasonably requested by us (whether for itself or for any Future Supplier).

  • If the Transfer Regulations apply, or are asserted to apply, to transfer the employment of any Service Personnel, to AIB, its Affiliates or any Future Supplier, then, the Supplier shall indemnify and hold harmless AIB (for itself and as trustee for its Affiliates and any Future Supplier), on demand, against all Losses which AIB, its Affiliates or such Future Supplier may incur arising out of, or in connection with, the dismissal of, or any other employment related claim made by, such person.

Related to Future Supplier

  • Preferred Supplier means a person named in Schedule F;

  • Defective Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan which is required to be repurchased pursuant to Section 2.02 or 2.03.
