Travel Supplier definition

Travel Supplier means any entity or organization that coordinates or supplies travel services for You.
Travel Supplier means the tour operator, Hotel, rental company, Cruise line, or airline that provides pre-paid travel arrangements for the Insured’s Trip.
Travel Supplier means any entity or organization that coordinates or supplies Travel Arrangements for You:

Examples of Travel Supplier in a sentence

  • This will include, but is not limited to:• written proof of the occurrence;• type and amount of Loss;• the Insured’s name; and• the Travel Supplier Name; and• policy number.• The Insured must return all unused, non-refundable tickets.

  • We will reimburse You, up to the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits, if Your Baggage and Personal Effects, which are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed during Your Trip or while checked with a Common Carrier less any amount paid or payable by a Common Carrier, hotel, Travel Supplier or any other party responsible for Your loss, provided You have taken all reasonable measures to protect, save and/or recover Your property at all times.

  • This benefit does not cover penalties associated with any air or other Travel Arrangements not provided by Travel Supplier or the failure of Travel Supplier to provide the bargained for Travel Arrangements due to cessation of operations for any reason.

  • We will reimburse You, up to the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits, if Your Baggage and Personal Effects, which are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed during Your Trip less any amount paid or payable by a Common Carrier, hotel, Travel Supplier or any other party responsible for Your loss, provided You have taken all reasonable measures to protect, save and/or recover Your property at all times.

  • Immediately, or as soon as possible, call Your Travel Supplier and the program administrator (see Where to Report a Claim) to report Your cancellation or interruption to avoid non-covered charges due to late reporting.
