Future Well definition

Future Well means an existing well with behind pipe potential at a Future Location or a well to be drilled in the future at a Future Location, in each case that is identified on Exhibit A as a well other than a well designated as “PDP” on such Exhibit.

  • Affiliates and their direct and indirect subsidiaries may drill additional ▇▇▇▇▇ or acquire interests in other ▇▇▇▇▇ and connect them to the Gathering System or a Third Party Gathering System (as such term is hereinafter defined) after the date of this Agreement in accordance with the terms of the Omnibus Agreement (as such term is hereinafter defined) ("Shipper's Future Well Interests").


More Definitions of Future Well

Future Well means a well identified on Exhibit A-2 to be drilled in the future on a Future Location identified for such well on the map set forth on Exhibit A-3, to the extent such well is drilled to and within the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Shale Formation.
