Futures Commission Merchant definition

Futures Commission Merchant means any futures commission merchant, including the Clearing FCM, that solicits or accepts orders for CERFs on the CME for, and accepts payment from or on behalf of, the Investing Pool.
Futures Commission Merchant means any person that is registered as a futures commission merchant under the Commodity Exchange Act and that is not an affiliated person of the Fund or an affiliated person of such person.
