Futures Option definition

Futures Option means a put or call option on futures traded on any exchange.
Futures Option means an option or Chapter 8right to assume, at a specified price or value and within a specified period, a bought position, or a sold position, in relation to an eligible commodity agreement or in relation to an adjustment agreement.

  • Option Right means the right to purchase Common Shares upon exercise of an option granted pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.

  • Purchase Right means an option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to the Plan.

  • Option Exercise Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.1.

  • Restricted Stock Purchase Right means a right to purchase Stock granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.

If options or futures contracts on the Share are not traded on any exchange, the Futures Exchange shall be the options or futures exchange with the highest amount of options or futures contracts relating to shares of companies having their residence in the country in which the Company has its residence. If there is no options or futures exchange in the country in which the Company has its residence on which options or futures contracts on shares are traded, the Calculation Agent will determine the Futures Exchange in its reasonable discretion (billiges Ermessen) (§ 317 BGB) and will make notification thereof in accordance with § 6 of the General Terms.

  • Stock Purchase Right means a right to purchase Common Stock pursuant to Section 11 below.

  • Options means any rights, warrants or options to subscribe for or purchase shares of Common Stock or Convertible Securities.

  • Unvested Option means an Option in respect of which the relevant Vesting Conditions have not been satisfied and as such, the Option Grantee has not become eligible to exercise the Option.

  • Option Exercise Period has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(c).

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.

  • New Exercise Date means a new Exercise Date if the Administrator shortens any Offering Period then in progress.

  • Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.

  • Unit Appreciation Right or “UAR” means a contingent right that entitles the holder to receive the excess of the Fair Market Value of a Unit on the exercise date of the UAR over the exercise price of the UAR.

  • Option Exchange Program means a program whereby outstanding Options are surrendered in exchange for Options with a lower exercise price.

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.
