FWA Supplier definition

FWA Supplier means a Supplier;
FWA Supplier means a Supplier;(j) “Goods” means all goods, materials or items that the Supplier is required to supply to a Procurement Entity under a Call-off Contract placed under a Framework Agreement. Details of such Goods are set out in Section V: Supply Requirements, and the Framework Agreement and particularly described in a Call- off Contract.
