FX Linked Interest Note definition

FX Linked Interest Note means a Note in respect of which the amount in respect of interest payable is calculated by reference to a foreign exchange rate and/or a basket of foreign exchange rates and/or a formula as agreed between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s), as indicated in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Each Note may be a Fixed Rate Note, a Floating Rate Note, a Zero Coupon Note, an FX Linked Interest Note, an Inflation Linked Note or a CMS Linked Note, depending on the Interest Basis specified in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Each Floating Rate Note, Inflation Linked Interest Note, and FX Linked Interest Note bears interest on its outstanding nominal amount from the Interest Commencement Date at the rate per annum (expressed as a percentage) equal to the Rate of Interest, such interest being payable in arrear on each Interest Payment Date.

  • Each Floating Rate Note, Inverse Floating Rate Note, Variable Rate Note, Range Accrual Note, CMS Linked Note, Index Linked Interest Note, Equity Linked Interest Note and FX Linked Interest Note bears interest on its outstanding nominal amount from the Interest Commencement Date at the rate per annum (expressed as a percentage) equal to the Rate of Interest, such interest being payable in arrear on each Interest Payment Date.

  • A double opt-in would not prevent a trader marketing any product, nor would it prevent consumers from making a purchase.

  • Stripped Interest Rate For each Mortgage Loan, the excess, if any, of the Net Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan over the Remittance Rate.

  • Fixed Interest Payment Date means such Business Day, on which the fixed interest is in fact due and payable. This may fall on a Fixed Coupon Date or may shift to the appropriated Business Day – if the Fixed Coupon Date falls on a day which is not a Business Day – based on the application of the adjustment provision as set out in § 5[(4)][(5)][(6)] (Business Day Convention).

  • Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning provided in Section 3.02(e)(i).

  • Scheduled Interest Payment means the scheduled payment of interest due on the Mortgage Loan on a Monthly Payment Date.

  • Class C Additional Interest is defined in Section 4.1(c).

  • Class B Additional Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(b).

  • Class A Additional Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(a).

  • Floating Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning set forth in clause (d)(1) of Section 2.02 of this Supplemental Indenture.

  • Assumed Interest Rate means the annual yield payable on the last day of the applicable Calculation Period on ten (10) year United States Treasury obligations in amounts approximating the outstanding principal balance of the Loan on the last day of the Calculation Period plus two hundred fifty (250) basis points per annum; provided, however, that the Assumed Interest Rate shall be not less than six percent (6.0%) per annum.

  • Additional Interest Amount means, with respect to Trust Securities of a given Liquidation Amount and/or a given period, the amount of Additional Interest paid by the Depositor on a Like Amount of Notes for such period.

  • REMIC Certificate Maturity Date The "latest possible maturity date" of the Regular Certificates as that term is defined in Section 2.07.

The Original Class B-3 Fractional Interest is specified in Section 11.18.

  • Class C Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate of [ ]% [in excess of LIBOR as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Period].

  • Class X-D Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-D Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-D Components.
