SFTR means Regulation (EU) 2015/2365 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on transparency of securities financing transactions and of reuse and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012;
€STRi-pTBD means, in respect of any TARGET Business Day falling in the relevant Interest Accrual Period, the €STR for the TARGET Business Day falling “p” TARGET Business Days prior to the relevant TARGET Business Day “i”;
NZOC means the New Zealand Olympic Committee Incorporated.
PMU means the Project Management Unit established in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;
SOFRi means the SOFR for:
South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.
Snow tyre means a tyre whose tread pattern, tread compound or structure is primarily designed to achieve in snow conditions a performance better than that of a normal tyre with regard to its ability to initiate or maintain vehicle motion;
Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.
CSAM or "Credit Suisse" (or any combination thereof).
POPIA means the Protection of Personal Information Act, No 4 of 2013;
Bidders from a country which shares a land border with India for the purpose of this Order means:
B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;
TLR means the NERC Transmission Loading Relief Procedures used in the Eastern Interconnection as specified in NERC Operating Policies.
Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) means a vehicle that is similar to a Hybrid but is equipped with a larger, more advanced battery that allows the vehicle to be plugged in and recharged in addition to refueling with gasoline. This larger battery allows the car to be driven on a combination of electric and gasoline fuels.
LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
BRRD II means Directive (EU) 2019/879 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2019 amending Directive 2014/59/EU as regards the loss-absorbing and recapitalisation capacity of credit institutions and investment firms and Directive 98/26/EC.
Model 2 seller means a seller registered under the agreement that:
MVAR means megavolt ampere of reactive power.
M2M Flowgate means Flowgates where constraints are jointly monitored and coordinated as defined and set forth in Schedule D to this Agreement.
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
Pistol means any firearm with a barrel less than sixteen inches in length, or is designed to be held and fired by the use of a single hand.
HARGA RIZAB Hartanah tersebut akan dijual “dalam keadaan xxxxx xxx” xxx tertakluk kepada satu harga rizab sebanyak RM270,000.00 (RINGGIT MALAYSIA DUA RATUS TUJUH PULUH RIBU SAHAJA) xxx tertakluk kepada Syarat-Syarat Jualan xxx kebenaran (jika perlu) daripada Pihak Pemaju/Xxxx Punya xxx/atau pihak-pihak xxxx xxxx berkenaan. Jualan hartanah tersebut akan dikenakan cukai berdasarkan mana-mana Akta terkini atau selepasnya yang dikuatkuasa oleh Kerajaan Malaysia yang mana berkenaan.
Anadromous fish means any species of fish which ascends rivers or streams from the sea for breeding purposes (e.g. Alewife, Salmon, Shad).
ri-pBD means, in relation to any Interest Accrual Period, the applicable Reference Rate as set out in the definition of "r" above for, where "Lag" is specified as the Observation Method in the applicable Final Terms, the Business Day (being a Business Day falling in the relevant Observation Period) falling "p" Business Days prior to the relevant Business Day "i" or, where "Lock-out" or "Observation Shift" is specified as the Observation Method in the applicable Final Terms, the relevant Business Day "i";
SOFR means a rate equal to the secured overnight financing rate as administered by the SOFR Administrator.
COGSA means the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act of the United States of America approved on 16th April 1936.
