The Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA), as amended from time to time, has as its principal purpose regulating and controlling the processing of Personal Information by a Responsible Party.
Such personal information may also be deemed or considered as private and confidential as it relates to POPIA.
The collection, processing, usage and storage of personal information herein collected is in compliance with the provisions contained in POPIA.
