Gaming Laws means all laws, rules, regulations, judgments, injunctions, orders, decrees or other restrictions of any Gaming Authority, applicable to the business or activities of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, including to the extent applicable, the gaming industry or Indian Tribes or the manufacture, sale, lease, distribution or operation of gaming devices or equipment, the design, operation or distribution of internet gaming services or products, online gaming products and services, the ownership or operation of current or contemplated casinos or any other gaming activities and operations.

Gaming Laws means the gaming laws of a jurisdiction or jurisdictions to which the Company or a subsidiary of the Company is, or may at any time after the date of this Indenture be, subject.

Gaming Laws means the provisions of the Nevada Gaming Control Act, codified as NRS Chapter 463, as amended from time to time, all regulations of the Gaming Authorities promulgated thereunder, as amended from time to time, the provisions of the ▇▇▇▇▇ County Code, as amended from time to time, and all other laws, statutes, rules, rulings, orders, ordinances, regulations and other Legal Requirements of any Gaming Authority.

Gaming Laws has the meaning set forth in the Equityholders Agreement.

Gaming Laws means all laws, statutes and ordinances pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses regulatory, permit and licensing authority over the conduct of Gaming Activities, or the Ownership or Control of an Interest in an entity which conducts Gaming Activities, in any Gaming Jurisdiction, all orders, decrees, rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, all written and unwritten policies of the Gaming Authorities and all written and unwritten interpretations by the Gaming Authorities of such laws, statutes, ordinances, orders, decrees, rules, regulations and policies.

Gaming Laws means all applicable provisions of all: (a) constitutions, treaties, statutes or laws governing Gaming Facilities (including, without limitation, card club casinos) and rules, regulations, codes and ordinances of, and all administrative or judicial orders or decrees or other laws pursuant to which, any Gaming Authority possesses regulatory, licensing, investigatory or permit authority over gambling, gaming or Gaming Facility activities conducted, operated or managed by Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries within its jurisdiction; (b) Gaming Approvals; and (c) orders, decisions, determinations, judgments, awards and decrees of any Gaming Authority.

Gaming Laws means all laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses regulatory and licensing authority over Gaming Activities within any Gaming Jurisdiction, and all orders, decrees, rules and regulations promulgated by such Gaming Authority thereunder;

Gaming Laws means, collectively, all international, foreign, federal, state and local statutes, treaties, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes and administrative or judicial precedents pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses regulatory, licensing, or permit authority over gaming or gaming related activities, including without limitation, the Nevada Gaming Control Act.

Gaming Laws means all laws, statutes and ordinances pursuant to which the Gaming Authorities possess regulatory, permit or licensing authority over Gaming Activities, and all rules and regulations promulgated by such Gaming Authorities thereunder, including, without limitation, in the State of Nevada, the Nevada Gaming Control Act, as codified in NRS Chapter 463, the regulations of the Nevada Gaming Commission promulgated thereunder, and the ▇▇▇▇▇ County Code.
