Gaming Laws definition

Gaming Laws means all applicable constitutions, treaties, laws, rates, regulations and orders and statutes pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses regulatory, licensing or permit authority over gaming, gambling or casino activities and all rules, rulings, orders, ordinances, regulations of any Gaming Authority applicable to the gambling, casino, gaming businesses or activities of Owner or any of its subsidiaries in any jurisdiction, as in effect from time to time, including the policies, interpretations and administration thereof by the Gaming Authorities.

Gaming Laws means those laws pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses regulatory, licensing or permit authority over gaming within any jurisdiction and, within the State of Nevada, specifically, the Nevada Gaming Control Act, as codified in NRS Chapter 463, as amended from time to time, and the regulations of the Nevada Gaming Commission promulgated thereunder, as amended from time to time, and the Xxxxx County Code, as amended from time to time.

Gaming Laws means the gaming laws of a jurisdiction or jurisdictions to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is, or may at any time after the date of this Indenture be, subject.

Examples of Gaming Laws in a sentence

• Subject to applicable Gaming Laws, the Member may not resign from the Company before the dissolution and winding up of the Company.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, no Interest in the Company may be issued, transferred or pledged in any manner whatsoever except in compliance with all applicable Gaming Licenses and Gaming Laws, except as contemplated by Section 9.2.

• All Securities shall be held subject to the restrictions and requirements of all applicable Gaming Laws.

• All Persons Owning or Controlling Securities shall comply with all applicable Gaming Laws, including any provisions of such Gaming Laws that require such Person to file applications for Gaming Licenses with, and provide information to, the applicable Gaming Authorities.

• Subject to the applicable provisions of the Gaming Laws and the Act, the Member in its sole discretion may, from time to time, appoint one or more Persons as managers with such duties, authorities, responsibilities and titles as the Member may deem appropriate.

Gaming Laws means the gaming laws of a jurisdiction or jurisdictions to which the Company or a subsidiary of the Company is, or may at any time after the date of this Indenture be, subject.

Gaming Laws has the meaning set forth in the Equityholders Agreement.

Gaming Laws shall be defined as all Applicable Laws pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses regulatory, licensing or permit authority over gaming within any applicable jurisdiction and, within the State of Nevada, specifically, the Nevada Gaming Control Act, as codified in the Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 463, and the regulations of the Nevada Gaming Commission promulgated thereunder, and the Xxxxx County Code.

Gaming Laws means all laws, statutes and ordinances pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses regulatory, permit and licensing authority over the conduct of Gaming Activities, or the Ownership or Control of an Interest in an entity which conducts Gaming Activities, in any Gaming Jurisdiction, all orders, decrees, rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, all written and unwritten policies of the Gaming Authorities and all written and unwritten interpretations by the Gaming Authorities of such laws, statutes, ordinances, orders, decrees, rules, regulations and policies.

Gaming Laws means all laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses regulatory and licensing authority over Gaming Activities within any Gaming Jurisdiction, and all orders, decrees, rules and regulations promulgated by such Gaming Authority thereunder;

Gaming Laws means all applicable constitutions, treaties, laws, rates, regulations and orders and statutes pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses regulatory, licensing or permit authority over gaming, gambling or casino activities and all rules, rulings, orders, ordinances, regulations of any Gaming Authority applicable to the gambling, casino, gaming businesses or activities of the Borrower or any of its subsidiaries in any jurisdiction, as in effect from time to time, including the policies, interpretations and administration thereof by the Gaming Authorities.

Gaming Laws means all applicable provisions of all: (a) constitutions, treaties, statutes or laws governing Gaming Facilities (including, without limitation, card club casinos) and rules, regulations, codes and ordinances of, and all administrative or judicial orders or decrees or other laws pursuant to which, any Gaming Authority possesses regulatory, licensing, investigatory or permit authority over gambling, gaming or Gaming Facility activities conducted, operated or managed by Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries within its jurisdiction; (b) Gaming Approvals; and (c) orders, decisions, determinations, judgments, awards and decrees of any Gaming Authority.
