Gas Distribution Reimbursements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(d).
Final Distributions means, with respect to the Certificates of any Trust on any Distribution Date, the sum of (x) the aggregate amount of all accrued and unpaid interest on such Certificates (excluding interest, if any, payable with respect to the Deposits relating to such Trust) and (y) the Pool Balance of such Certificates as of the immediately preceding Distribution Date (less the amount of Deposits for such Class of Certificates as of such preceding Distribution Date other than any portion of such Deposits thereafter used to acquire Equipment Notes pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreement). For purposes of calculating Final Distributions with respect to the Certificates of any Trust, any Premium paid on the Equipment Notes held in such Trust which has not been distributed to the Certificateholders of such Trust (other than such Premium or a portion thereof applied to the payment of interest on the Certificates of such Trust or the reduction of the Pool Balance of such Trust) shall be added to the amount of such Final Distributions.
Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amounts With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination, the amount of any Advance made with respect to such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination on or before the date such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination becomes (or, but for the making of three monthly payments under its modified terms, would then constitute) a Corrected Loan, together with (to the extent accrued and unpaid) interest on such Advances, to the extent that (i) such Advance is not reimbursed to the Person who made such Advance on or before the date, if any, on which such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination becomes a Corrected Loan and (ii) the amount of such Advance becomes a future obligation of the Mortgagor to pay under the terms of modified Loan Documents. That any amount constitutes all or a portion of any Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall not in any manner limit the right of any Person hereunder to determine in the future that such amount instead constitutes a Nonrecoverable Advance.
Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) means a second frame that augments an existing Main Distribution Frame. Lines or outside cables that do not terminate on the IDF.
Borrower Delayed Reimbursements Any Additional Trust Fund Expenses and reimbursements of Advances that the related Mortgagor is required, pursuant to a written modification agreement, to pay in the future to the Trust in its capacity as owner of the related Mortgage Loan.
Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount As defined in subsection (II)(i) of Section 3.05(a).
Distribution facilities means those facilities by and through which electricity is received from a transmission services provider and distributed to the customer and that are controlled or operated by a distribution services provider.
Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) is a second frame that augments an existing Main Distribution Frame. Lines or outside cables do not terminate on the IDF.
Electric distribution system means the facilities and equipment owned and operated by the EDC and used to transmit electricity to ultimate usage points such as homes and industries from interchanges with higher voltage transmission networks that transport bulk power over longer distances. The voltage levels at which electric distribution systems operate differ among areas, but generally operate at less than 100 kilovolts of electricity. "Electric distribution system" has the same meaning as the term "Area EPS", as defined in Section 3.1.6.1 of IEEE Standard 1547.
Distribution Expenses means, with respect to all rights granted to LGF hereunder, one hundred percent (100%) of the aggregate of all actual, direct, out-of-pocket, third xxxxx costs expended or incurred by LGF in direct connection with the distribution and exploitation of the Picture throughout the Territory in all media, including, without limitation, all DLT Creation Costs, and all conversion, manufacturing, duplication, shipping, marketing, advertising, promotion and publicity costs, and all costs to complete Delivery of the Picture (to the extent (i) LGF elects to cure any failure of Grantor to complete Delivery of the Picture in accordance with the Delivery Schedule and/or (ii) LGF is required to take "access" to any Delivery Materials pursuant to the Delivery Schedule; and/or fiii) Grantor is not required to deliver such elements under the Delivery Schedule).
Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.
Distribution Costs means all costs of: (i) transporting ore or concentrates from a Mine or a concentrating plant to a smelter, refinery or other place of delivery designated by the purchaser and, in the case of concentrates tolled, of transporting the concentrate or metal from a smelter or refinery to the place of delivery designated by the purchaser; (ii) handling, warehousing and insuring the concentrates and metal; and (iii) in the case of concentrates tolled, of smelting and refining, including any penalties thereon or in connection therewith.
Distribution box means a watertight component that receives effluent from a septic tank or other treatment unit and distributes effluent via gravity in approximately equal portions to two or more distribution laterals in the soil treatment area.
REMIC I Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount shall be distributed to the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:
Main Distribution Frame (MDF) is termination frame for outside facility and inter-exchange office equipment at the central office for DS-0 and DSL services.
Cost Reimbursement means a contract which provides for a fee other than a fee based on a percentage of cost and under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms.
Interim Distribution Date means the date as soon as reasonably practicable after the Plan Implementation Date;
Pricing and Reimbursement Approval means, with respect to a Product, the approval, agreement, determination or decision of any Regulatory Authority establishing the price or level of reimbursement for such Product, as required in a given country or jurisdiction prior to sale of such Product in such country or jurisdiction.
Distribution line means any single or multiphase electric power line operating at nominal voltage in either of the following ranges: 2,000 to 26,000 volts between ungrounded conductors or 1,155 to 15,000 volts between grounded and ungrounded conductors, regardless of the functional service provided by the line.
REMIC IV Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the Classes of REMIC IV Regular Interests; and
Electric distribution utility or (EDU) means an electric distribution utility, which is an investor-owned electric utility that owns and operates a distribution wires system and supplies at least retail electric distribution service.
Income Distribution shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (A), below, unless the Prospectus provides for the averaging of income distributions, in which case, "Income Distribution" shall be shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (B), below. Accordingly, the Unitholder's "Income Distribution" shall be equal to:
Reimbursement Payment shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.02(c).
Wholesale distribution means distribution of prescription drugs to persons other than consumers or
Distribution Margin means the DPO’s share of revenue for the Distribution of Subscribed Channels to Subscribers and it does not include Carriage Fee. It will be calculated as twenty percent (20%) of the MRP of the Subscribed Channel(s), multiplied by the Monthly Average Subscriber Level;
distribution losses means energy losses that result from the interaction of intrinsic characteristics of the distribution network such as electrical resistance with network voltages and current flows;
Expense Reimbursement has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(c).
