GDA Balance definition

GDA Balance means, on any day the amount standing to the credit of the GIC Account as at the opening of business on such day;

Examples of GDA Balance in a sentence

  • Subject always to the provisions of the Cash Management Agreement, the Standby Bank Account Agreement and the Security Agreement, the Guarantor (or the Cash Manager on its behalf) may on any Business Day give notice to the Standby GDA Provider that it wishes to withdraw on such date all or part of the Standby GDA Balance from the Standby GDA Account.

  • Interest will accrue daily on the GDA Balance and will be paid monthly in arrears on the Calculation Date at a rate of interest equal to the GDA Rate by payment for value on the same day to the GDA Account or such other accounts as the Guarantor (or the Cash Manager on its behalf) will specify.

  • Class Balance With respect to any Class of Certificates, at any time, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of all Outstanding Certificates of such Class.

  • New Balance This means the total outstanding balance on your account. It will be listed on each statement as the “New Balance”.

  • Fund balance is the value of the Accumulation Fund, determined pursuant to Section 1.4.

  • Unpaid Balance of any Receivable means at any time the unpaid principal amount thereof.

  • Time balance means the sum of the principal amount financed and the finance charge.

  • Legal Balance means the amount of indebtedness legally owed by an Obligor with respect to a Loan, including principal and accrued and unpaid interest, late fees, attorneys' fees and expenses, taxes, insurance premiums, and similar charges, if any.

  • Scheduled Balance Not applicable.

  • Asset Balance means, for any Payment Date, the Pool Balance as of the beginning of the current Collection Period.

  • Planned Balance With respect to any group of Planned Principal Classes or Components in the aggregate and any Distribution Date appearing in Schedule V hereto, the Aggregate Planned Balance for such group and Distribution Date. With respect to any other Planned Principal Class or Component and any Distribution Date appearing in Schedule V hereto, the applicable amount appearing opposite such Distribution Date for such Class or Component.

  • Original Balance means, with respect to any Receivable coming into existence after the Initial Cutoff Date, the Outstanding Balance of such Receivable on the date it was created.

  • Unobligated balance means the portion of the funds authorized by the Federal awarding agency that has not been obligated by the recipient and is determined by deducting the cumu- lative obligations from the cumulative funds authorized.

  • Loan Group Balance As to each Loan Group, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans at the time of determination.

  • Payahead Balance means, for a Lease:

  • Minimum Balance means, at any time, an amount that equals the product of: (a) the average Borrowing Base (or, if less on any given day, the Revolving Loan Commitment) during the immediately preceding month multiplied by (b) the Minimum Balance Percentage for such month.

  • Debit Balance means, as of any date, the dollar amount, if any, representing the accrued aggregate Annual Charge not deducted from the Liquid Balance.

  • Principal Balance means the outstanding principal amount of the Loan, plus interest expected to be capitalized (if any), less amounts which may not be insured (such as late charges).

  • Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables (exclusive of all Administrative Receivables for which the Servicer has paid the Administrative Purchase Payment, Warranty Receivables for which the Seller has paid the Warranty Purchase Payment and Defaulted Receivables) as of the close of business on such date.

  • Class A Principal Balance As of any date, an amount equal to the sum of the Principal Balances for the Class A-1 Certificates, Class A-2 Certificates, Class A-3 Certificates, Class A-4 Certificates, Class A-PO Certificates and Class A-R Certificate.
