GE Equipment means all equipment or property acquired by the Sellers pursuant to the GE Note, other than any equipment or property that is currently located at any store that is not an Acquired Store.

GE Equipment means all of Borrowers' machinery and equipment existing as of November 15, 2004, and upon which GE has an existing perfected security interest pursuant to the GE Debt Documents, together with all (i) additions and accessions thereto purchased with proceeds of such machinery and equipment, or with proceeds of insurance derived from loss or damage to such machinery or equipment, (ii) replacements therefor purchased with proceeds of such machinery and equipment or with proceeds of insurance derived from loss or damage to such machinery and equipment, (iii) substitutes for any of the foregoing purchased with proceeds of such machinery and equipment or with proceeds of insurance derived from loss or damage to such machinery and equipment, (iv) all accessories, replacement parts, and repairs now or hereafter attached or affixed to or used in connection therewith, except to the extent that Lender obtains a purchase money lien upon and security interest therein, and (v) all manuals, drawings, instructions, warranties and rights with respect thereto, and all proceeds of the foregoing.

GE Equipment or “Power Island Equipment” means the equipment to be procured from General Electric pursuant to the Power Island Supply Agreement.

GE Equipment shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of "MD Assets".

GE Equipment means any Equipment which is listed on a Schedule, which Schedule is marked: "Monthly Rental" means the monetary amount, identified in a Schedule as the "Monthly Rental," which is payable by you to us, as specified in that Schedule, for your lease of the Equipment in accordance with the terms and conditions of that Schedule.

GE Equipment shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of "MD ASSETS".

GE Equipment means any and all equipment, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by Borrower and constituting Permitted Indebtedness hereunder, financed by General Electric Capital Corporation (“GE”) and upon which GE maintains a lien. The GE Equipment owned by Borrower as of the date of Closing is listed on the Disclosure Schedule.
