Gel coat application means a process where either clear production, pigmented production, white/off-white or tooling gel coat is applied.
Access Application means an application for Access Rights as described in section 3.7;
international application means an application filed under this Treaty;
L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.
SAP Application(s) means all Packages (i.e. all Software and Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement and/or SAP cloud services for which Customer has a valid subscription, excluding User Interfaces for ERP, SAP Technology Solutions and all database Packages.
Permit Application has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.35.
Project Application means the federal Section 5311 operating assistance project application submitted by the Municipal Corporation to, and as approved by the Commissioner for the Project described in Appendix C of this Agreement, including all project supporting information submitted therewith;
Mobile Application means a specialized software program downloaded onto a wireless communication device.
Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.
Specialty coating means a coating that, even though the coating meets the definition of a primer, topcoat, or self-priming topcoat, has additional performance criteria beyond those of primers, topcoats, and self-priming topcoats for specific applications. These performance criteria may include, but are not limited to, temperature or fire resistance, substrate compatibility, antireflection, temporary protection or marking, sealing, adhesively joining substrates, or enhanced corrosion protection. A listing of specialty coatings is found in paragraph (D)(1)(b) of rule 3745-21-19 of the Administrative Code.
Application Process means the online application process under which the Applicant applies for Hospitality Packages on the Webshop.
Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;
Transfer Application means an application and agreement for transfer of Units in the form set forth on the back of a Certificate or in a form substantially to the same effect in a separate instrument.
Topcoat means a coating that is applied over a primer on an aerospace vehicle or component for appearance, identification, camouflage, or protection. Topcoats that are defined as specialty coatings are not included under this definition.
Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.
Biosimilar Application has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.3.
Commercial applicator means a person who, by contract or for hire, engages in the
AT&T WISCONSIN means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Wisconsin.
Athlete Application means the form set by the NZOC that must be completed by any Athlete applying to be nominated and selected to the Games Team.
application for international protection means a request made by a third country national or a stateless person for protection from a Member State, who can be understood to seek refugee status or subsidiary protection status, and who does not explicitly request another kind of protection, outside the scope of this Directive, that can be applied for separately;
Account Application or “Application” shall mean the application, as may be amended from time to time, by which this Agreement is established between the Depositor (or following the death of the Depositor, the Beneficiary) and the Custodian. The statements contained therein shall be incorporated into this Agreement.
Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.
Uniform application means the current version of the national association of insurance commissioners uniform application for resident and nonresident insurance producer licensing.
Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) means telephone service for the transmission of human speech.
Renewal Application means a document used to collect pertinent data for renewal of permits
Patent Application means an application for patent protection for a CRADA Subject Invention with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“U.S.P.T.O.”) or the corresponding patent-issuing authority of another nation.
National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:
